Excellent service

<p>A claim for a burst geyser was lodged with our insurance company, Mutual & Federal, at 8.30 am. Within an hour they reported that we would be contacted by their appointed plumbers. Within another hour Barry of Pierre's Plumbers, Richards Bay, had phoned to say that they were busy with other jobs and would be with us late afternoon. When no one had come by 6.30 we presumed that we would see them on Monday. At 6.50pm Musa and Maxwell arrived and proceeded to successfully install a new gesyser. They left after 8pm for the 90km drive back to Richards Bay in the rain on a Friday night. Excellent service - thank you!</p>
