I paid Pierre Magic Transport in advance for a move from Pretoria to Cape Town. They were generally terrible (turned up late, damaged my belongings), but they are also just plain *********. They told me the day before delivery that I had to pay another R 3,000, for the packing of my belongings. I did all my packing myself. They said they wouldn't deliver my stuff unless I pay up, and we can sort out any mistake later. So of course I had to pay this lousy R 3,000. Since then, I have phoned and emailed many many times, and that ***** Pierre refuses to answer or reply.
