Bad service by Pierre Magic Transport

We hired Pierre Magic Transport to move our furniture from Pinetown to Middleburg, initially we had agreed for the furniture to be moved on the 30th of April 2015 and we had agreed on the cost and had paid the deposit as agreed. when our things we delivered some items were missing and we had received a box of things belonging to someone else. They acknowledged that there were items missing and were going to check the warehouse and have them delivered as soon as possible. That was on the 6th of May 2015. Its been 18 days already there has been no information from them we send Pierre an email he did not respond to it. We call him on his number *** and he passes the buck to someone else because he subcontracted another removal company and the goods were lost whilst they were in their possession . We don't care who was at fault, we only care about getting our things...
