Unreliable Handyman

I employed Pierre Bekker from Kleinemonde near Port Alfred to do some plumbing and carpentry work for me in January 22. He came well recommended as his father previously did most of the handyman work in the area before his health started to fail. Pierre received around R10,000 upfront to purportedly purchase material and cover labour. He started the job, worked for 2 days and then ducked never to return or refund the monies not used for material. He comes up with every excuse under the sun but no promises are ever kept. A completely unreliable person.
