Bad Service and emty promises

The company contract goes against the housing rental act by forcing a 60 day notice period where the act states only a 20 day is required. Be warned all is nice till you are in the house and then you get no service just excuses. No repairs that was promised with occupation was done or it is done half. Problem was never solved which is the reason for the 30 day notice given
