Unprofessional service

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>We visited the resort from the 31st of December 2016 - 2nd od January 2017. As soon as we arrived and booked in at reception they informed us regarding a New Years dance and we had to pay an additional fee for this and we then did pay. When arriving at the dance a lady by the name of Loretta came to us about an hour later informing us that she should of throwed us out as soon as we arrived at the dance. The way she handled the situation was very unproffesional. There is a way of handling such situations and that was not one of them. We then left the dance. I hereby request our money back! The lady had no idea on what is going on. Very unprofessional. </p>
