Ssda_cds will never update your credit record

Where do we run to when our credit records are being affected by companies that we have already paid off but when you ask for assistance with the matter being updated all you get is nonsense. The call centre agents in the foshini group are the most ridiculous call centre agents I've ever had to deal with in my life. They are ***********, rude, useless and I don't think they have ever received training in their lives. The manager i spoke to was also rude. Spoke over me without even hearing what the problem was and immediately told me how his agent says I'm rude without even knowing what the real situation is. Can someone tell me which channel I can take to get this matter sorted because this is my life that is being affected. Also can someone train these air heads what customer service is
