requested settlement amount

<p>i called on the 30 of June 2016 to find out the amount i need to pay in order to settle my foschini account n they gave me the amount which was R1834 before going to pay. after 2 days when i called them for my settlement letter i was told there is n outstanding amount of 1200 that i owe while they are the one who gave me the amount to go pay. they telling me i didnt call n find out the sttlement amount form them, and when i give them proff they say its not their numbers but its there in black n white. i really need this letter to secure myself EMPLOYMENT......i feel ******</p>
