Pathetic. ****. Inconvenience.

Hi everybody, just a heads up...once they have your case, ul be in deep poo!!!! Firstly, I have agreed via emails where they communicated outstanding, on debit orders a while back to settle my outstanding Markhams Acc...after some time all my debts where paid off, or so I thought. Months later I saw on my crediet report that it WASNT- meaning my crediet score was badly affected!!!! So, tried mailing them or should I say to a woman named Prisca wich were so good with communicating with me to sign up a debt order, to respond with no fail. So I went to the Markhams branch and paid R290 that Markhams still had on their account. Now I KNOW ITS BEEN FULLY PAID OFF. Yet I have to deal with them to obtain a settlement letter....again no fail. Im fed up. Im moer toe. Il have to go to their branch to deal with it...which is very inconvenience!!! So rather deal with any order collections agency that those bunch...they are pathetic. They doesnt even deserve a 1 star!
