These people of this place will literally tell you anything you want to here just to get your banking details they will all give you false info including the manager and when you question them the next time you call on that they will make as if you the **** what happend to TCF because evens if you call agents answers the phone rude but give them your banking details they will be nice so they can make comm....guess what dusty lets see you make comm now I'll change my bank lol...

You state that false information was given by our manager - please elaborate on this allegation in order for us to investigate this as we have no record of such behaviour. You requested a payment arrangement letter and were advised of the criteria required in order to receive such a letter
