Credit record not updated
<p>I have started paying my account since last year, as I failed before due to unemployment. I have made monthly payments of R500 and R300 sometimes, on my slip my balance is about R2900 so when I checked my credit record my balance was showing as R5000 and some odds. I want to know what am I paying if my credit record will not be updated??? This is ridiculous, I want my credti record updated before I can escalate this matter further!!!</p>

With reference to your complaint above and the requested credit record you forwarded our company the requested date on the credit record is 05/07/2016, so the credit check you forwarded is outdated.
The Bureau records are updated on a monthly basis and will reflect the balance as at the 12th of each month.
