CALLS EVERYDAYD
<p>I know and acknowldege that i owe Donna Claire , but to receive calls everyday from rude consultants is very annoying, everyday i repeat the something. paying month end . I pay my account every month but the balance keeps on increasing everytime they call me </p> <p> </p>

Please note that the calls are made in terms of our contractual agreement with our client the Foschini Group, to arrange repayment of your outstanding account. In terms of our contractual agreement we have to contact all debtors in order to make monthly repayment arrangements as well as to follow up on all broken or short paid payment arrangements.
In your case your full instalment is R590.00 monthly and if you pay less than this we will need to phone you as you payment is short of the instalment amount. We need a commitment from you to pay the full instalment of R590.00 on a specified date each month, which you need to honour in order for our system not to automatically bring your account back into our queues for follow-up.
Please note that we only charge for one phone call a month.
