Arrangement letter

I contacted the company in regard to my markhams account that was handed to them to make an arrangement of 50r as I informed them that I am no longer working. After two days i phoned them asking about the arrangement letter as I told them I have a promise of job but the employer request the letter and i went personally ti their offices but they said i must pay R480 or else they can't assist me. So I have tried to borrow that amounr but couldn't get it and i managed to pay 50r but still they can't help me with the letter. So my problem is how will I pay my debt if they can't assist me when I need help to get job? because the employer said if I don't send the letter i will loose the job and that means i won't pay my debts. Please I need help on this urgently it has been a week i'm trying to sort this.
