Bad pediatricians in East London

Their front office needs to be given sensitivity training around adopted children. Frankly, they are horrible, rude, and disrespectful. Whenever we have called to make an appointment, the first question they ask is if we have money in our health saving account. Glad they care more about getting paid than providing good service to my son. We will NEVER go to them again. They are exhausting to deal with. And Dr. Poul is not the type of doctor I ever want to treat my child ever again. The only one that we really liked was Dr. Maharaj, but to get to her we have to deal with the front office "gate keeps". As good as Dr. Maharaj is, it is too exhausting to deal with that staff. There are other paediatric practices in East London. Don't go to this one.
