Unprofessional

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>We visited the resort from the 31st of December - 2nd of January. We booked in and they informed us regarding a New Years dance on the 31st. We then had to pay an additional R100 per person for this, we then paid the amount. We then went to the dance where the manager or whatever she calls herself informed us about an hour later that she should of throwded us out a long time ago because we did not pay. This is VERY unprofessional because the staff does not even know what is going on. There is a way to handle things and this was not one of them. We then left the dance due to her unprofessionalism. We had to pay this money and did not even get the money worth. We want our money back! </p>
