Good afternoon Hallopeter l have a complain from one of the guest house in middleburg place called pienaar dam l book for one sleep for the 30 August 2025 book date was 22 August 2025 on during that week l cancelled because the activities there was not enough l saw other place with enough activities so they didn't want to pay back the refund mean while saw that the cancellation is free now they are changing they force me to go there mean while l am no longer interested to go there help me please.
