16 days still no refund

I have had a terrible experience with Pienaar bros cape town, paardeneiland

On the 15th i bought a pair of Bova rigger boots, which happened to be a size too small. I returned is, unused the NEXT day. They did not have size smaller, so I signed a credit request for my refund.

I mailed them 26th Jan, as i was told my money would be back in my account in 7 days after the 16th Jan.

I was told the matter will be resolved after i sent proof of my credit request. Literally her words in the mail were "will sort out" , no apologies, nothing?

Anyway, today is now the 31st Jan, after being ignored yesterday, my patience has now worn off completely! STILL NOTHING!

Honestly?!
