Takes your money but doesn't deliver

Ordered an air conditioner from Pine Pienaar of Pienaar Air Conditioning on 17/03/2016. Received an invoice on the same day with a request for payment. Payment was done on the same day with a promise that the unit would be delivered on the 19th. Well it is now the 31st and nothing. You can never get hold of this guy and when you do it is all sorts of excuses but nothing ever materializes. I am now concerned that I have been ****med and will loose my money.
