Does not deliver products but keeps your money

<p>I ordered 3 airconditioning systems from Pienaar Air Conditioning on the 5th of December 2016. He requested a full payment on the same day because his truck is picking up aircons from his supplier that same day and that mine can also be picked up if payment is made. He promised installation on the 9th because that is when he was busy with other projects in my area. After numerous excuses he posponed to the 15th December but also did not deliver. His excuse was that his truck had broken down. He promised me by the 20th my aircons would be installed. Yet again full of excuses but no products. That same day I asked for my money back as I felt that it was a ****. It is now the 23rd of February 2017 and I still do not have my money back nor the aircons. He answers his phone but has either a different sad story everytime or he will call me back because he is in traffic or in hospital, but he never does. I have now started to make use of an attorney and also tried to freeze his account which I paid the money into.</p> <p> </p> <p>He also opperates under Bloemfontein Air Conditioning website: http://www.bloemfonteinairconditioning.co.za/</p> <p>Please be carefull before considering his work you might end up having the same problem as me.</p>
