Dishonest

On 27th January, I called Pine Pienaar and discussed the possible installation of 2 aircon units. I gave him my address and he said that if I can make an immediate payment he can install on Tuesday 2nd Febr, as his truck is in Jhb loading new aircon units, and mine can be loaded at the same time. He will be in my area on Tuesday. I made the payment into his account. Needless to say, he never turned up on the 02/02/16. Since then it has been a battle to get him on a phone. I have made 100's of phonecalls, when he answers, he is stuck intraffic and will call back shortly. He never does. Or he is very sick in hospital and will call as soon as he gets back. He never calls back. Sometimes his daughter Lisa answers the phone, making promises that never realise. Now I believe that he has ****** my money and has no intention of delivering the goods. I wonder if he is doing the same thing to other people?
