The level of their service is the worst I have ever received from any shop

14-12-2017. So i went to buy myself a pie from the Pie Way shop in Long street Cape Town. When i got there i found two ladies who worked there. The one lady was busy making coffee for a customer that was there, the other one was chatting to the customer and she totally ignore me. I stood there for a few minutes unattended to, up until i requested to be served. The lady that served me (the one that was chatting with the guy) was very rude and cheeky to a point that she told that i was not going to be served as she doesn't care about my R15 charge for the pie. My only crime was to ask which flavor was the pies on the second raw, she failed to answer the question but instead she threw insults at me. The customer service there is very bad, i urge Pie way to hire educated people who know and fully understand the importance of customer service
