PIECE OF CARD BOX FOUND IN PIE
I had a bad shopping experience at Pie City on 1/10/15 at bout 17h15 my wife bought 5 pies and 2 juices at City. When I took a bite into my beef curry pie I chewed into a piece of card box. I immediately took the pie back to Pie City to complain and was met by a very abrupt, rude and unsympathetic shop assistant Simone. She did not even apologise she just said \ we dont make the pies you must go complain at the factory."<br> I objected to her unprofessional manner and then she started pointing her finger at me. She gave the owners number Mr Bowers who at first apologised but then started threatening me that I would get into big trouble if I continue to complain because Pie City was a big company and they would sue me.After Simone spoke to Mr Bowers on the phone she said that he instructed her to call Centre security to remove us from the shop as he was worried that other customers would hear our complaint and see what was in the pie. My wife and I then went to Centre Management and Security on site said that the office was closed but they completed an incident report. On their packaging it reads PERFECT PIES \"" If its not perfect you dont pay\""My pie was not perfect and I got bad serv"""
