Bad service

Worse,bad, horrible service I received at pie city in Nelspruit/Mbombela at the taxi rank (plaza). Those ladies are too rude to be working with food an people, their service is horrible, came in the shop it was packed, customers where in a long que, yet everything was slow, those cashiers where too busy charting, one was on the phone, the other was sitting on a chair eating, they even served me a wrong pie😭😭😭, I asked for the manager to inform her our order where wrong , that women was also rude. Reason I picked that specific fast food for my family, was that Last time I went there 2 years back we got the best service ever from the previous manager just forgot her name, she even offered to join tables for us served us in trays an we never qued like it did on Friday. Let me not even mention the taste of the pie 😭😭😭horrible to add on top it was cold.
