BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM PIE CITY, WE NEARLY BEAT YOUR CASHIER UP.

Rude lady at the counter at your Pie City at Maponya mall I nearly beat her up. The lady was so slow and the long queue was getting too much especially for the elderly people some you can tell they are hungry, dehydrated and needed to buy food . But your cashier with a big wedding ring was very rude even after we asked her to try and hurry up, she was working on a very pace dragging her feet and giving us funny looks hence I nearly beat her up. You will end up losing paying customers and revenue, they will buy at KFC next door because of this lady, From a business point of view kinldy replace her before elderly people who love your pies start collapsing at your store because of this lady disrespecting her job, taking her own sweet time giving people ****ty customer service without empathy walking around Pie City as if her family owns it. That woman doesn't like her job period, no training or counselling needed for that one, she is a liability more than an asset. I even forgot to take her name but she has a big wedding ring that is what I remember. We will never buy at Pie City Maponya mall.
