Atrocious service

To say the staff here is *********** would be an understatement. From the ice cream lady to the entire staff.. I wonder if they can even spell client service. I have never been so ashamed and felt so belittled in my life. The staff was speaking bad about me unaware that I'm right there listening. They spoke of how I think I'm better that other customers because I once returned a pie that I bought and wasn't fresh and they were making me an example to other clients. Is this the kind of service Pie City teaches it's personnel?
