Poor customer service

I went to buy a pie for my child who I was rushing to pick up from school and I have forgotten my mask at home, so went I went it there was no customers buy myself, so I apologized for not having a mask before the Indian rude lady told me I must someone outside to come buy the pie for me. So I said to her that its not right to ask a customer to buy the pie instead she can come to the door give me the pie and take the cash but she refused and told me she won't argue with me and ignored me thereafter. I support her mostly everyday and one time I forgot my mask, she didn't want to serve me when there was many solutions to this situation. It seems as if I was judge has a someone else seeing I was not shaven and wasn't looking to neat as I just got out of bed as I am fasting for Ramadaan.
