PICZ HOLDINGS- Poor service delivery Kitchen Renovation

Sub-par workmanship and extremely poor service delivery. Contractor has not completed work to what has been outlined in the contract. We have paid in full but 5 months later they have failed to deliver. In addition they charged for services that they did not provide. We paid for PVC cupboards under our sinks - we were informed that there was a delay at port and since then they have not reverted. We were promised rubble removal and that has still not been done. We were charged for tiling - which they did not do. We cannot get hold of anyone from the company - they refuse to return calls, answer emails or messages. If it seems too good to be true - in the case of PICZ HOLDINGS, it most certainly is. Piet who I was lead to believe is the manager promises the world- unfortunately his team does not have the skillset to deliver. The administration staff are extremely rude and the answers you receive are generic and unhelpful. If you value your money - I would highly recommend going with an alternative supplier.
