Worst delivery company ever

This company is not serious about taking care of their customers. Don't use them as a delivery company. I had a very rude driver who didn't want to deliver my items at the reception, instead she wanted me to go to the parking lot and this is the first ever company that has asked me to do this. At work we all get our deliveries at the reception. I complained to Picup and they sent an email that someone will respond to me within 24hours. As I'm writing this, it's been 9 days. I have checked the status of my ticket that was created and it says "closed". This shows that the company supports drives who are rude and don't do their job properly. I wish Bash would stop using them as a delivery company.
