Unreliable delivery company

I required necessary medication to be delivered to my work place with clear instructions to go to the mailroom. I receive a message that says it's been delivered. However, when I go to check my medication cannot be found. When I message the driver he says he doesn't remember if he delivered the medication and then he says he can't remember who he left it by but he **********ly stated on the system which sent me a message to say the medication was delivered to me
