shocking service and lack of ability to contact Picup

I have been trying to contact you for 3 weeks. no one replies to emails or your call center. you have a package of mine and i would like it delivered. I've never experience such shocking service in my life.

if anyone needs a currier service i would not def advice not to use them. you simply cannot get hold of them, and they don't even try and contact you when they are in possession of your package for delivery.
