Please stop using this company for deliveries

This company is the worst, they delivered 2 orders which are incomplete, Jet (Bash) shows that my order is complete yet my order is short of 2 items. I tried calling and no one picks up from their office, the driver (Signatias) was also of no use, he only said it doesn't make sense that my parcel is short. #Jet (Bash) kindly assist
