Picup.co.za WORST courier service

The WORST courier service I have EVER had to deal with, and I have dealt with many. They are SLOW, unorganized, unresponsive, and a sense of 'oh we'll just shirk off your query', they also keep you on the hook with empty promises. Unfortunately Dischem uses this *********** courier service sometimes, so I am going to be hesitant to ever do an online order with Dischem again, just in case Picup is appointed as the delivery service.
