Picup very very bad service

This is the e I have ever experienced in my life. I have ordered a parcel from Australia and the place that I ordered from decided to use Picup. I received an email from Picup saying that my parcel have been delivered. I never received my parcel and I am struggling to get info out of pickup for my parcel. They are just not responding to my emails. There is no number that you can call. Very very bad customer service and not sure if they are ********
