Kasval Naidoo from Picup technologies - Excellent Client Service

Greetings,

I would like to send my gratitude and compliment to Kasval Naidoo from Picup (Pick n Pay asap) delivery service at the Mall of the South. I placed my order at 14h02 and waited for the whole afternoon for delivery. (Order#***0)

I managed to contact Kasval as he usually delivers for me, and he went out of his way in assisting to obtain my order. He went an extra mile in an era whereby excellent client service is hard to come by. I subsequently received my order at 18h02 from Kasval, I had already lost my patience and became very irate, he really saved the day. I really appreciate his excellent client service.

He is truly an asset to the picup organization.
