Great service, simple process

Their customer service is great, left a message on their chat feature around 17:30 in the afternoon, someone (actual person) responded in less than 20 min and with helpful information. They came to collect within the arranged time and delivered promptly. Even when I had to change the contact details of the recover while the parcel was en route they were accommodating. I have two pleasant interactions with them.
