Extremely bad service

I ordered my chronic medication via the Dischem app on Wednesday 25/08/31. I recieved an SMS advising the driver from Picup is on his way. After 16:00 I looked to track the driver where I was advised my medication was delivered. i DID NOT RECEIVE MY MEDS AND NEITHER PAID FOR IT.

Also received no calls for the driver being at my gate. After numerous phone calls and an e-mail I sent as a last resort- I was advised the meds was received. I requested what the recipient looked like as well as who then paid for meds that does not belong to them.

Shameema would have called me, which never happened. My query was forwarded to Bernard Manikwa and still I did not receive any feedback or medication for that matter. Still when I call the company, the line cuts on all 3 options.

This is crucial hypertensive medication and not just Disprins.
