Dishonest, aggressive driver employed by Picup

I have had issues with this delivery company before, delivering incorrect items etc but I have NEVER had an issue with one of their drivers. Until today.

Picup sends you notifications when your delivery is on the way so you can get your empty boxes ready for delivery. You can also track the driver in this way. So when I got the notification I started tracking the driver. When Mokibelo Constantia Maetisa was 500m away from my home, she turned around and drove off to the estate behind me and then once her delivery there was done, proceeded to mark my delivery as completed. Which means you can no longer track her. So I called her and asked her why my delivery had been as completed when it wasn’t. She then aggressively started her next sentence with ‘listen’ in a very arrogant way which I did not appreciate. Do not lie about ANYTHING and then try to make an excuse. If you have not delivered a parcel, why are you being dishonest and saying that you have. She also proceeded to hang up on me. Take into consideration that she was less than five minutes away, it took her an additional 15 minutes to get to me. When she arrived at my home as I was speaking to her, she wound the window up in my face and continued with her aggressive, arrogant behaviour. I did not my finest moment and told her that I would be posting on social media and that I hoped she would be fired. Considering the unemployment rate in this country and the millions of people who are desperate for employment, she does not deserve her job. But of course, she continued with her arrogance.

What has happened to client service? When you have **** and inconvenienced a client, you apologise. Had this individual done that, none of this would have been an issue. But no. We have to make excuses and take zero accountability for our dishonest behaviour.
