Disgusting customer support

Absolutely disgusted with Picup. Using them for 2 years and they did a system migration which deleted everyone's user profile. Customer Care consultant put the phone down on me when I said I needed to speak to someone and not send a support email as my parcel was urgent. I will never use them again.
