Delivery?? What delivery???

Totally unimpressed. I am awaiting an urgent meds delivery. Received a message earlier from picup confirming that their driver had collected package from pharmacy. Tracked the delivery; saw that delivery has been concluded-no delivery to me? I contacted them; after a bit if you and fro, they said that their driver hadn’t collected the parcel as it wasn’t ready? Phcy confirmed that it was ready on Wednesday?! My question is: whose parcel was I then tracking???? If they are collecting and (supposedly) delivering life and death meds, that is just a bit concerning....don’t you think??? Clearly cannot trust their tracking system... The lady I dealt with was pretty helpful, but this does not excuse this appalling service, particularly with regard to medication.
