Bad service

Such a bad first time experience i encountered with this company. The driver failed a delivery which he did not even come to my address. When i phoned the driver, i could not believe the attitude. Then when i reported my frustrations to the company, they said i should contact the store were i bought those items. I wish we could choose courier companies we prefer
