Unqualified staff & they rip you off overall...

Just FYI: I have personal video recordings of all i say here below. A couple of months ago, i contacted Perfect Picture Installations, to help me with the signal of my new Explora 2A. Firstly, the staff did not arrive the time that was said they would arrive. So, i had to wait. Once the staff was inside my house and had a look at my decoder, they said that i need a new switch. Which i already had, that i purchased not just a few days before they arrived. I then had to purchase a new switch from them, believing that this might be the problem. But still the signal was not what it was supposed to have been. I then contacted them again and said that the signal is not right, even after purchasing a new switch from them. The staff then came to my house again and tried adjusting the cables in my wall. And at this time, they broke my wall. I did contact John Bandey about this, but they just keep ignoring me. Now, the agents at my complex have told me, that i am NOT allowed to use anyone else and that Perfect Picture Installations are the only people they deal with with DSTV installations. I again this time have tried to contact them numerous times to report this, but they again just ignore me. I have tried addressing the issue of their staff breaking my wall and also asking me for beer that they saw in my room. So, dont waste your time and money on using Perfect Picture Installations for ANYTHING...because their staff does not know what the hell they are doing, nor do they care about ripping you off by telling you, you need this, you need that. When in fact, they were just supposed to have reprogram my new decoder, to pick up the signal off the 80cm Satellite Dish already installed in the complex!
