Dispite countless calls to the call center and confirmations on appointments that were not kept, to inspect, or fix the existing installation. They keep promising to call right back and never do. They indicate that the technician is resolving the order and on the way to the call out but never arrives. They give new meaning to *********** and will never live up to their name.
