Theft of other photographer's watermarked photographs

Picture Perfect Cape Town has a Facebook page where they post pictures of Cape Town to promote Cape Town. They have been called out for blatant theft of photographs taken by well known photographers and deliberately crpooing out the watermark original watermark and then adding their own name to the pictures. When confronted they didn't apologize and correct the problem, they imp**** it was acceptable because other people also do this. Poor integrity and blatant theft of intellectual property. They still have those same pictures on their website for sale.
