There is no excuse for plagiarising photographs, deleting the photographer's watermark and claiming them as your own - yet Picture Perfect Cape Town thinks this is perfectly acceptable behaviour. Jean Tresfon - Marine Conservation Photographer was absolutely correct to complain about Picture Perfect Cape Town's breach of his copyright, yet was met with hostility when a simple apology would have cleared things up. Time to apologise and clean up your act, Mr Picture Not-So-Perfect.
