NO DELIVERY - KIDS PARTY

I am deeply saddened, angry and disappointed - I ordered cupcakes for my son's first bday from Picture Perfect Cakes for last week Saturday, 30 May - After confirming every day last week that everything is order, I was advised that I couldn't collect on Friday but that she will deliver it that evening. I asked that if there is a problem she should tell me now that I can try to make alternative arrangements and she assured me that I shouldn't worry. We were later informed that there is a delay, and that she will deliver early Saturday morning. We were shocked that the cupcakes promised were not delivered Saturday morning, and what makes this situation SO upsetting is that Genevieve didn't inform us, didn't pick up her phone, and to date didn't even have the decency to phone and apologise. My son didn't have ANY cake on his birthday as he is allergic to wheat and dairy, and the cupcakes ordered was wheat and dairy free - We couldn't even go and buy somewhere else as allergy free cupcakes aren't readily available. I just feel the need to report this to any potential customers and in future I won't use or recommend Picture Perfect Cakes.
