Cupcake theft

I ordered a 3D Dusty airplane birthday cake and 18 matching cupcakes for my sons birthday party at a cost of R1038. The cake was delivered, but the cupcakes were not. It was not the end of the world, mistakes happen.<br> <br> The next day I emailed Genevieve regarding the missing cupcakes and received no reply. I have since emailed and phoned her numerous times and received ZERO response, its as if she dosen't exist.<br> <br> I dont understand why someone would lose a lifetime client over R300 worth of cupcakes.<br> A simple apology and refund would have been just fine.<br> <br> Now that I think about it, the cake was not overly delicious and the name on the cake looked like it was written by a 3 year old.<br> <br> My advice, save your money, find a better baker... an honest one!<br>
