Driver takes advantage of elderly parents

I would like to formally lodge a complaint about the aggressive behavior of your driver towards my elderly parents.<br> <br> I had a discrepancy with my delivery and before it could be rectified he TOOK their money by intimidating them and exploiting the fact that they were uncertain of what to do after I had telephonically instructed him to wait until after I had spoken to someone at the store about this issue.<br> <br> I called back less than two minutes after speaking to him and he had already left, taking my money and leaving an order I did not want behind.<br> <br> My mother was shaky, uncertain and thoroughly upset by what had occurred.
