I ordered and paid for an item on 01/12/2018 Madeleine promised to courier the item to me Today 17/01/2019 She promises she sent it with The Courier Guy but refuses to give me the tracking number I called the couriers who confirmed she has NOT had any parcels collected since 20/11/2018 Madeleine is a blunt **** with extremely bad sense Do NOT support this business if you require items to be couriered to you
