Disgusting behavior from this person! Someone ordered flowers for my mom when my father passed away. On the day of the funeral, this florist could not reach my mother, FOR OBVIOUS REASONS, and when she eventually got hold of my mom, she was RUDE (I wish I could use stronger language to describe it) and admonished my grieving mom for not being home and wasting her time! AND THE FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED LATER! AND THE SENDER WAS NOT REFUNDED! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
