Unreliable Vehicle

<p>I purchased a vehicle from Pick n Truck.</p> <p>This vehicle had breakdowns more than it was driven.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently financed a Mini Cooper S 2005 and I would like to return this vehicle to the dealership and terminate this contract as I am very unhappy with this vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly when I purchased this vehicle there were Accessories that needed to be repaired.</p> <p>The Safety Belt was torn on the passenger side<br />The Left door could not close properly<br />There was a noise while driving<br />The right front bumper cover was loose<br />The safety belt cover was broken<br /> </p> <p>After the vehicle was sent back to the dealership, and received after repairs were done,</p> <p>The safety belt was replaced<br />The left door still couldn’t close properly<br />The noise was still there<br />The bumper cover was replaced<br />The safety belt cover was repaired with Superglue<br /> </p> <p>After driving with the vehicle, the vehicle didn’t switch of and made a noise.</p> <p>I took the vehicle back to the dealership where they determined that the Power steering pump is defective.</p> <p>The pump was replaced, but there were still a huge noise in the vehicle while driving.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they said the Tripod on right hand side shaft was the problem, and this was repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>I drove with the vehicle once again where I almost got into an accident when the vehicle stopped completely in the middle of the road, unable to get into gear or drive at all.</p> <p>The vehicle left me stranded in an unsafe area as it was late and dark on my way home.</p> <p> </p> <p>After several calls to the dealer, all was unsuccessful.</p> <p>I managed to get hold of my insurance and they used a breakdown service to assist me in towing the vehicle home.</p> <p>The vehicle is currently at my residence , in a non-drivable condition.</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought this car to be a source of transport which I do not have at the moment.</p> <p>This vehicle is very unreliable, and I’m afraid of what might happen next.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to take care of my safety and the safety of those who often drive with me when I go to town or visit family etc.</p> <p>Please can the dealer take this car back as it is NOT SAFE, NOT RELIABLE, and a danger to my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>I’m paying a bond and insurance of a vehicle that is not worth it. I do not want this vehicle anymore, even when repaired. As stated above this vehicle is not safe and keeps on breaking down.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called the dealership various times, and contacted them via text. I do not get any response and even if I call they hang up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me in this matter.</p> <p>Thank you in advance</p> <p> </p>
